- 2 turnips, peeled and diced (about 1/3 inch each side)
- 2 small gold or new potatoes, diced (about 1/3 inch each side)
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 3 tbsp. butter
Directions:
- In a medium sauce pan, boil potatoes and turnips in water about 20 minutes - should be tender
- Drain water, add butter and mash.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
