- 2 turnips, peeled and cut into 1/2 wedges
- 1 leek, dark green removed, sliced in 1/4 inch pieces
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 1/8 cup grated Parmesan
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees
- Coat bottom of baking sheet with oil
- Combine all ingredients and toss so vegetables are coated
- Arrange turnips and leeks in single layer on the baking sheet
- Cook 30 minutes - flip vegetables over at 15 minutes
- Serve
