Ingredients:
- 1 butternut squash
- extra-virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 F
- Peel squash, remove seeds and cut into french fry sized slices
- Place on baking sheet
- Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning over after 10
