Ingredients:
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1 inch squares with seeds and gunk removed
- 2 tsp. mined garlic
- olive oil
- sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F
- Mix garlic with olive oil in a bowl
- Add salt and pepper
- Toss squash to make sure each piece is coated
- Place on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes
