Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- pepper to taste
- 4 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced with rings separated
Directions:
- Combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in cucumbers and onion.
- Cover and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
