Chile-garlic spinach

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced or crushed
  • 10 oz. (10 cups) baby spinach
  • sea salt
Directions:
  1. Heat oil over medium-high 
  2. Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted - about 1-2 minutes - tossing constantly
  4. Season with sea salt and lemon if desired
