- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, sliced or crushed
- 10 oz. (10 cups) baby spinach
- sea salt
Directions:
- Heat oil over medium-high
- Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds
- Add spinach and cook until wilted - about 1-2 minutes - tossing constantly
- Season with sea salt and lemon if desired
