Ingredients:
- 5 oz. baby spinach
- 1/4 small onion, minced
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt or sea salt
- dash black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
- Wilt spinach and drain well (squeezing by hand is best)
- Chop spinach very finely
- Saute onion and garlic in olive olive oil
- Add flour and mix
- Add salt and pepper
- Blend all thoroughly
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thickened
- Add spinach, continue to warm until all mixture is warm
