Ingredients:
- 10-12 organic fresh carrots (smaller than non-organic)
- Cold water
- 3 tbsp. butter (split use)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Trim and peel carrots, cut into small pieces - can slice 1/2 down long center and cut into 1 inch pieces
- Place carrots in stove top skillet or sauce pan that has a cover
- Add 2 tbsp. butter, sea salt, pepper and sugar
- Cover the pan and boil about 5-10 minutes
- Remove carrots to bowl and add rest of butter - stir to get well soaked with butter.
