- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl so all ingredients are coated with the egg (You can beat the egg first if you choose. I did not)
- Make 4 equal sized patties from the mixture.
- Melt butter on non-stick flat surface - skillet or griddle (I prefer the griddle - it is flatter and delivers more even heat)
- Add patties and cook about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with eggs of any style.
