Ingredients:
- 1 lb. potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped small
- 2-3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Clean and boil potatoes until tender; drain
- Move potatoes to large bowl and mash
- Add milk, sour cream, butter, onion, salt, pepper and 1 oz. cheese
- Spoon into greased 2 quart glass baking dish
- Sprinkle top with remaining cheese
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
